Vibhu does not store or have direct access to complete payment information.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.
Vibhu reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, availability issues, suspected fraud, or misuse.
5. FINAL SALE POLICY – NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
In accordance with U.S. federal law and New Jersey consumer regulations, Vibhu maintains a strict no-return, no-refund, no-exchange policy, which is clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
Once an order is placed and payment is completed:
No returns are accepted
No refunds are issued
No exchanges are provided

Vibhu is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other external circumstances.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.
9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes (Stripe-Aligned)
By placing an order, you agree to contact Vibhu first regarding any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unjustified or unauthorized chargebacks may be contested using:
Proof of delivery

Order confirmation and checkout records
Initiating a chargeback does not override our Final Sale policy.
